The Shop, Download and Win promotion is valid from 15th December 2022 to 16th February 2023.

Entering the “MODA Mall Winter Campaign” Shop, Download and Win Competition (“the Draw”) constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding in all matters related to registration. Eligibility is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein:
• Each participant is to provide a National Identification Number (valid local national ID or passport), his/her full name (as per ID), mobile number and email address.
• Incorrect personal information will result in disqualification.
• After informing and receiving the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Kingdom of Bahrain (“MOIC”), draw entries cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise provided to anyone else. Evidence of such behaviour by any participant will result in disqualification.
• MODA Mall Management and Customer Service Agents reserve the right in their sole discretion - with the consent of the MOIC - to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of entering the Draw or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of registration will result in disqualification. Should such an attempt be made, MODA Mall Management reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
• After informing and receiving the approval of MOIC, MODA Mall reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Draw, where reasonably necessary.
1. The promotion is applicable to all MODA Mall customers who spend a minimum of BD 30 at MODA Mall outlets.
2. Participants will be eligible for the draw by downloading the MODA Mall App and creating an account, and then registering for the draw with a valid receipt.
3. Participants must ensure they are registered in the MODA Mall app and have the MODA Mall app until the end of the promotional campaign.
4. Handwritten shopping receipts shall not be accepted for redemptions.
5. The promotion is applicable to all participating MODA Mall outlets.
6. Employees of all stores in MODA Mall and their immediate family members (including parents, brothers, sisters, husband, wife, sons, and daughters), their contractual suppliers, service providers and staff members of Savills Middle East Co. W.L.L. as well as their advertising and PR agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
7. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.
8. After informing and receiving the approval of MOIC, MODA Mall reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
9. The promotion will close on 16th February 2023 at 11:59 PM as per the MOIC rules and regulations.

• The Shop, Download and Win promotion will give MODA Mall customers a chance to win the Mercedes Benz AMG GT 43 Coupe from MODA Mall. 1 winner will be selected and awarded the car prize.
o The prize excludes logistical arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
o By law, the winner is liable for the cost of insurance and the registration cost.
o Savills Middle East Co. WLL. is not liable for any logistical requirements related to the car prize.
• Any exchange return or refund regarding the car prize is to be managed directly between the winner and Al Haddad Motors.
• The winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and their respective names and photographs (to be provided by the winners) will be publicly announced.
• The winners must present MODA Mall with their valid national ID card or passport.
• The winners shall agree to attend a media photoshoot with MODA Mall Management as well as to the use of their name, address, photograph and their comments relating to the prize and promotion experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without notice and without any fee being paid.
• As per the rules & regulations of the MOIC, the prize is to be claimed by the winner from Savills Middle East Co. W.L.L. within a maximum period of Six (6) months from the Draw date. After the expiry of the said Six (6) month period, the prize will be forfeited and assigned to the MOIC.
• This promotional campaign has been granted a license by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism with Reference Number MOIC/PC/22169/2022.
• The validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions and/or the rights and obligations of participants in connection with the Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
